Then early November took back all 3 deposits from villa owners!! Had I not investigated and asked for info they would still be holding these deposits. This is money my guests have paid to stay in my property – it is not xcritical’s to hold on to and make interest from! They are losing revenue to Expedia (HomeAway’s owner, who are now offering https://xcritical.pro/ an alternative service apparently), and so are seeking to make more money from those clients who remain with them.
